Thanks for using Games2u service. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Games2u portal (also referred as “service”), including our mobile site (http://ingh.games2u.net/inmgaming/), SMS, APIs, notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, and commerce services and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the service. By using this service, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully:

1. Customers who need to activate the Games2u service should activate same by sending the keyword “SUB GUD” for Daily, “SUB GUW” for Weekly, and “SUB GUM” for Monthly of the service to the SMS code “1042” assigned for the service.
2. Customer can also activate the Games2u service by visiting the URL: http://ingh.games2u.net/landing
3. Customers, who wish to activate the service by visiting the above URL should have an active data pack from Telecel. The customer should also have sufficient airtime to subscribe to the service.
4. The short code “1042”, “SUB GUD” for Daily GHs 0.50, “SUB GUW” for Weekly GHs 1.50, and “SUB GUM” for Monthly GHs 5.0 should be always communicated when the service is promoted or advertised to the customer.
5. Customers who need to deactivate the service should do so by sending the keyword “STOP GU” to the SMS code “1042” or dial *463# to deactivate the service.
6. All alerts will be provided only in English text.
7. Customers who activate the service will be charged “SUB GUD” for Daily GHs 0.50, “SUB GUW” for Weekly GHs 1.50, and “SUB GUM” for Monthly GHs 5.0 as communicated to the user at the time of the service activation. Users agree to pay the subscription service fee to activate the service.
8. The subscription fee of the service will be renewed automatically until the user deactivates the service and will be charged GHs 0.50 for Daily GHs 1.50 for weekly, GHs 5.0 for monthly upon each renewal.
9. It is the sole responsibility of the user to read the SMS alerts on time and the mobile network or the Service provider will not be responsible if the user fails to do so. The mobile network provider shall not be responsible for refunding service charges in such events.
10. The user can deactivate the service at any given time by sending the deactivation SMS as mentioned in the above condition related to the deactivation of service (Point 3) or notifying the mobile network provider’s customer service team via helpline – support@innomovil.co
11. The user can also deactivate the service by visiting the My account section of the website.
12. To deactivate the service from the website, customer visits the My account section, select the deactivate option and confirms the deactivation. On, successful deactivation, customer shall receive the confirmation SMS that the service has been deactivated.
13. The user can also deactivate the service by dialing *463# from the phone. Follow the instruction to deactivate the service.
14. In addition to the Terms and conditions laid down by network provider, User will be bound by the terms and conditions laid down by service providers (Games2u) related to the services activated by the user. 15. Users agree to indemnify the mobile network provider for any technical errors, which may occur while accessing the service.
16. The network provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion.
